Today we enjoyed a webinar hosted by Teagasc. They explained how cheese is made, how milk is pasteurised, how yoghurt is made and much more. We also learned why milk looks white and why some cheese is softer than others. šŸ§€ šŸ„› šŸ§ˆšŸ„
