Bairín Breac

We made a lovely brack at school this morning with Ms. Toolan & Emer. We got to put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix, mix, mix. We also put 2 rings in the mixture. We cooked the brack in the oven and we got to eat it when it cooled down with butter & jam. It was very tasty.
